🔁 Returns & Exchanges
• We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
• All eligible returns are accepted only in the form of store credit.
• Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and is non-transferable.
• Products can be exchanged only after the original outfit is sent back to us.


❌ No Return / No Exchange Conditions
• Customized / made-to-order outfits are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Outfits that are:
• Worn
• Washed
• Altered
• Without original tags
• Damaged by the customer
will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.
• Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (strongly recommended to add).


📦 Return Request Process
• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Requests raised after this period will not be entertained.
• Customers must share a clear unboxing video in case of damaged or incorrect items (VERY important to add).
• Once the returned product passes quality inspection, store credit will be issued.


🚚 Shipping & Handling
• Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.


🧵 Product Variations Disclaimer
• Minor color, print, or embroidery variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
• Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
• Store credit once issued cannot be converted to cash.
• We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange if the product does not meet our policy conditions.
